6. Buyer Eligibility, Qualification & Sole Responsibility
Materials are sold only to persons of legal age who are qualified to handle laboratory research materials. Buyer assumes full and sole responsibility for safe handling, storage, use, transfer, and lawful disposal of all materials, and for compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and institutional safety requirements.
7. Hazard Warning
Buyer must treat every material supplied by Northstar as potentially hazardous unless and until Buyer's own qualified safety review establishes otherwise. Materials should be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate personal protective equipment, ventilation, and containment procedures.
8. Assumption of Risk & Release
Buyer voluntarily assumes all risk associated with the purchase, receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of any material, and releases Northstar and its officers, directors, employees, suppliers, and affiliates from any and all claims arising therefrom, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of Liability
Northstar disclaims all liability arising from misuse, off-label use, in-vivo use, or unlawful use of any material. 10. Jurisdictional Legality
Buyer is solely responsible for confirming that purchase, possession, and use of any material is lawful in Buyer's jurisdiction before ordering. Northstar may refuse, cancel, or restrict any order where it has reason to believe the order would be unlawful in Buyer's jurisdiction.
11. Withdrawn Listings
We remove any listing where the material is an approved or investigational drug substance, or where the presentation could reasonably be read as intended for human use. Listings may be added, modified, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
12. Third-Party Content
References to third-party research, publications, or certificates of analysis are provided for informational context only. Northstar does not adopt, verify beyond our own testing, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party content.
13. Informational Content Subject to Change

14. Enforcement

If any provision of this disclaimer is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
