Each item is clearly identified by material name and by variant-specific fill size, so the exact material and quantity being ordered is never ambiguous. Supporting documentation is provided where available. Nothing we supply is a drug, supplement, cosmetic, food, or medical device, and no human or veterinary use is intended, implied, or supported.
Material names, fill sizes, shipping terms, storage guidance and our full policies are readable by anyone. Prices, product pages and checkout open once you enter the access code you were given, which keeps ordering limited to qualified professionals.

Ordering is limited to qualified professionals working in a laboratory setting. Once inside, choose the material and fill size, add it to your order, and check out. Quantity discounts are calculated server-side at checkout, and an acknowledgment of our research-use terms is required before an order can be placed.
Shipping
Orders are picked, packed, and dispatched after payment, and ship domestically with tracked carriers. A tracking number is emailed the moment the package leaves our facility. Materials ship factory-sealed with protective inserts, and temperature-sensitive items include insulation matched to the transit window. We do not ship internationally.
